Events Captured is an excellent addition, adding value to your party or event. We can build up a unique commemorative portfolio to capture the event for all to remember.

Your event can be covered from a static site, where guests can have a formal photograph taken, or by roaming the venue, capturing the spirit of the party and your guests in a more relaxed atmosphere.

For each event we usually provide coverage of the setting, tables, and ceremonies, but specific requirements can also be catered for.

BENEFITS FOR ORGANISERS AND VENUES

This unique service can be offered to your guests and clients as an additional service, complimenting the high quality services which you are already offering.

As your guests and clients can purchase their own photographs, the cost is often minimal.

Photographs can be used by the organiser or venue for PR and marketing purposes (conditions apply).

VIEWING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

As part of the service, photographs are often available for viewing by your guests during the event, and all photographs are available on our web site within 48 hours of the event, and are accessed via its own gallery. (This can be protected if required)

Guests and clients can browse through them at their leisure and show them to friends and family. Photographs can be purchased securely online, or alternatively they can pay be cheque.

Prints will be delivered directly to their door within 7 - 14 days. At larger events (or if requested) photographs can be printed on-site, for your guests to take away the same night.
