All our credit and debit card payments are processed by PayPal, using 128-bit encryption for your security.

You may be required to register a free paypal account. If you experience any problems in using paypal or the shopping cart facilities then please email your order requirements instead.

To enable the shopping cart feature, your computer must be able to accept cookies from the Paypal website for your order to be processed, you may experience problems in using this feature or completing the transaction if this is not enabled.

IMPORTANT - Please do not under any circumstances sent credit or debit card numbers by email, this is not a secure method and raises the risk of potential 3rd party fraud and identity theft.Make sure that you only use an encrypted server which displays the security padlock symbol in your browser.

Events Captured do not have access to and do not store by any means credit or debit card numbers which have been processed through Paypal.

There is no additional charge for delivery, but please allow 7-14 days.

Your photographs will be posted to your home or office.

Please ensure that you confirm that your address is up to date and correct, when using paypal, as this is the address your order will be sent to unless informed otherwise.

PHOTOGRAPH QUALITY AND EXTRA COPIES

The quality of the photographs contained in this website, have been watermarked and optimised for the purpose of web usage only.

All photographs purchased and obtained from Events Captured are printed to a high standard and will not show a watermark.

Additional copies of your photographs can be purchased, either through the website, by phone, or e-mail, quoting the print reference number and the size required.

 

CAN'T FIND YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS ? -

If we attended and covered an event you were at, and you can't find the event listed in our Galleries page, please keep checking back. We aim to have most events uploaded within 48 hours, but in exceptional circumstances, some may take slightly longer.

If the event you were at is listed, but you still can't find your photographs?
In certain rare circumstances due to sensitivity reasons, child protection or at the specific request of the parent or guardian, some photographs may not be available in the 'public' event galleries.

In such cases we will always respect the views of the parent / guardian with regards to their childs privacy.

If your event is still not listed?
In the interests of security and or the confidentiality of the client or organiser, some events and photo-shoots we have covered may not be listed or made available for public view, even via a secure gallery. If this is the case, either e-mail us or contact the organiser direct for further information and guidance.

The event is listed, but it's got a padlock next to it -
This means that the gallery that you are trying to access has been locked and made private. To access this gallery you will need a user ID and password, (hints to these may be given and will shown next to the listing).

In the interests of security, child protection, and/or the confidentiality of the client or organiser, some events and photo-shoots we cover will be made private via a secure gallery and these will not be made available for public viewing.

If this is the case contact the organiser direct for further information and guidance.
